7.   POWERS: The delegates to a County Convention shall have, but not be limited to the following powers: [Wyoming Republican Party Bylaws, Art IV-7.1]  

(a)   To adopt or amend the Bylaws of the County Party. [Wyoming Republican Party Bylaws, Art IV-7.1.a]

(b)   To elect the Carbon County Delegate and Alternate to the Republican National Convention as provided by Article VI, Section 8 of the Wyoming Republican Party Bylaws. [Wyoming Republican Party Bylaws, Art IV-7.1.b]

(c)   To adopt Resolutions and State Platform planks which shall be submitted to the State Convention. [Wyoming Republican Party Bylaws, Art IV-7.1.c]
